- Expert evaluator of ERASMUS + Education Training projects, 2017-2020, for the ERASMUS + France Agency
- Consultation and drafting of FEDER, FSE and FEADER operational programmes (2014-2020) for the regions of Brittany, Champagne-Ardenne and Haute-Normandie (in collaboration with the firm YTES),
- LEADER programme evaluations (Nord-Deux-Sèvres, Pays des 6 Vallées south of Poitiers, Pays de Saintonge-Romane, Pays de Redon)
- Writing of the LEADER programme for the Pays de Caen La Mer region
